Return & Refund Policy


Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging and tags

  • Not show signs of wear, damage or alteration

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Beauty/skincare products that have been opened or used

  • Personal care items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we may offer:

  • Replacement item

  • Store credit

  • Full or partial refund, depending on the case

Change of Mind Returns

Because many products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated.

Items must be returned to the address provided by our support team. Please do not send items back without approval.

Refunds

Once your return is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12–24 hours after purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Important Shipping Notice

Our products may ship from international suppliers. Delivery times and return processing may therefore be longer than domestic orders.
